What is creativity?

It is to recover the energy that we have given without questioning, to the worries, to the problems, to the negative anticipations that may never happen, to the rumination of what we should have done or said, to what others expect of us, to how we pretend that things are without being able to accept how they are presented, to want to be right, and the list goes on.

When we recover that energy, we allow the manifestation of our authenticity, our enjoyment and we expand through our creativity.

We are all creative and that is a law of quantum physics, no one escapes.
