About me
I was trained as a Publicist and honored in Milan, Italy, in the field of design. From a very young age, I devoted myself to studying and developing in the area of creativity, guided by a strong belief that “success is not a destination, but a journey built with every original idea.”
Some years later, as part of a personal journey and a deep commitment to human potential development, I trained as a Professional Ontological Coach, specializing in Inclusive Leadership through a program at the University of Michigan, and in the Science of Well-Being at Yale University.
In addition, I provide professional mentoring sessions and strategic dialogues, creating high-impact spaces for leaders and teams to explore innovative possibilities, drive professional development, and build strong, motivating organizational cultures.
